Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. 

Deliveries will occur everyday except for Sundays.  Even when we are experiencing high delivery volumes our fulfillment center is very good at getting out orders on time.  If there is any expected delays we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Please allow 3 -7 days for your order to be delivered.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to both APO and P.O box addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once we receive your tracking number we will be sure to pass the information along to you ASAP.  Upon placing your order please wait between 1-3 days before we send you your tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Alabaster Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Alabaster Box is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
